Ken was excellent. He remained calm and objective during a process that was highly charged and difficult. His style was to be thoughtful and reflective as well as accommodating. He was able to confront the attorneys on the other side but only when it was productive to do so and he avoided unnecessary confrontation, even when provoked. He was also empathetic.
