Worst group of unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune to be involved with. They exist to take advantage of the less fortunate, nothing more. Disgusting, I cant imagen who would choose to work with these people. They should be ashamed that their livelihood depends on making others suffer and being dishonest. Anyone working for this firm is complacent in this, consider what you are doing for a living.

im going down to this office first thing in the morning!! they put a hold on my account and overdrew my bank account by over $3000!!! I've never had a judgment in my life, nor have received a letter or phone call before they put a hold on my bank account. I have contacted my own lawyer and he has no idea how these people are still in business. please please please be careful these people are bottom feeder scam artists.... hopefully I will get my money back and this whole situation is crazy

I received a subpena from Paul J. Hooten & Associates, first they tried to send me a subpena that was not signed by a judge so I called them and asked for a signed copy from the judge. I never received it. It is now a year later and now I received a letter stating they have put a hold on my checking account. They Claim I owe $2,084 from a surgery I had in 2007. I think it went over the amount of years they can collect. I had to agree to pay $500 for a $300 bill for them to take the hold off. I went and read other complaints about Paul J. Hooten & Associates seems they like to scam people. I will be calling the Attorney General and the news stations.
