Mr. Gearty does not explain himself well. You get letters and he doesn't even tell you that you would receive a letter. Any time you call him he tells you that the letter he sent you explains all. Does not return phone calls. He leaves you more confussed when you leave court or talk to him on the phone. We have found another lawyer and they couldn't believe what Mr. Gearty was doing to us.
