I have been doing real estate for 22 years I have personally used Grace and recommend her to all my clients she is the Best attorney in real estate!! Not one person that I have ever recommended Grace to has ever been disappointed she is available, knowledgeable, reasonable and goes out of her way for every client!! I love working with her and I don't know what I would do without her!!

We used Grace as she came very highly recommended from my sister-in-law. She was extremely responsive, highly knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. I was impressed at her attention to detail and thoroughness. She was also very well-acquainted with the laws and regulations of the town we were purchasing in. Our home buying process wasn't always easy (due to a difficult seller/agents), but she really brought stability and reassurance throughout the process. We recently retained Grace Guiffrida for sale of our house. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and informative. She was down-to-earth and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. We used Grace as our lawyer when we were buying our home. She was very difficult to work with...she took everything personally and we felt as though she was not on our side. She talks way too fast and assumes you know what she is talking about, then gets upset when you ask her to repeat it. She basically did not get anything done for us, we felt as though we were alone throughout the whole process. I would absolutely not recommend her.
