Constantly saying they would follow up on an intake and never called back. Took 6 months to get a solid answer that they did not want to pursue my case. Paralegal lied saying she called me back and couldn't leave a voice-mail but never bothered to email me back? Completely unprofessional in not following up and calling when she said she would. When I asked for the attorney to call they outright didn't, they had her finally call to say no. Clearly not professional and concerning the attorney didn't care enough to hear this experience. Paralegal gave excuses for not following up as promised, first taking the blame then blaming the attorney... either way, it's a bit concerning considering they have straight 5 star reviews.

I was attacked by a neighbor's dog, I contacted many law firms, and after listening to my introduction, they were not willing to take my case.
