Now that Im post settlement, I can honestly say I made the best decision going with Greenspan & Greenspan after my car accident. Throughout the process they were there to answer any questions and were very responsive. Mike is amazing at what he does and he has an extensive knowledge of the system. If you were in a car accident, got injured and want to file a lawsuit, I highly recommend G&G. You wont regret it!

I am an attorney myself and I recently concluded representation with Greenspan and Greenspan on a personal injury case. The injured party was grandmother who was injured by an ambulette while she sat in wheelchair in Rockland County, NY. The elderly woman unfortunately had suffered from Polio which she received as young girl; the woman was violently thrown to the ground after making contact with the ambulette. Believe it or not the accident happened in 2017 and it took over 6 years to resolve!!! Throughout the process, attorney Michael Greenspan and his professional staff work tirelessly and patiently (no pun intended) to fight for the biggest money recovery possible for the injured grandmother. Unfortunately, the injured lady passed away during the legal process, which besides being a sad event for her family and friends, it created another mountain of legal challenges for Michael and his team to surmount. Throughout the long and drawn out proceedings, Michael remained patient and persistent, seeing the case to its settlement with a very sizeable recovery for the children and grandchildren of the deceased.
