I am so pleased and grateful for the way I have been treated at Greenspan & Greenspan, P.C. It's hard to say how confused, embarrassed, and nervous one is after being arrested and charged with DWI. I was referred to Michael Greenspan by an associate, and i am lucky to have had the representation that Mike has provided me. Mike was very understanding of how confusing and scary being arrested is. He enabled me to tell him about the arrest, without me feeling embarrassed, and then explained in detail what I was charged with and what I could expect/hope for as an outcome. He explained all parts of the process, so that I was comfortable as to what was going to happen, and what we needed to do. Mike refered to all of this as "WE". That was comforting in and of itself. In court he was professional and well respected by both the DA and the Judge, which was comforting, and worked diligently to get the best outcome. He continues to answer questions that I have whenever I call and ask about my case. I highly recommend Michael Greenspan as an attorney.

I want to share my experience and satisfaction regarding my legal representation with the law firm of Greenspan & Greenspan and especially with my Attorney Michael Greenspan. If I could give this firm a 6-star review I would because Michael went above and beyond in every imaginable way. I found out from my probation officer in New York, that I had an outstanding arrest warrant for a violation of probation, from a previous DWI and was possible facing jail time, if I returned to New York. Previously, I had hired an Attorney from New York City and although I thought my case was closed, I discovered it was not. I was now working and residing in Florida and decided I needed to hire the best legal counsel I could find to defend me. After much research and consideration into which law firm to retain, I ended up retaining Michael Greenspan. I wasn’t promised or guaranteed anything other than that he would do everything in his power to achieve the best possible outcome, and he would be with me to the end. Michael personally represented me during my court appearances, proceedings and was very responsive and kept me always informed. Due to COVID-19 court was only held by Zoom and not an easy process for any of us. Every time we had a court appearance, it was another setback, different Judges, strict State Prosecutor, always wanting something more. Michael was calm, reassuring, polite and always called me afterwards to explain everything. On my final court appearance by Zoom, Michael was composed, waited for the Judge to try and postpone my case yet another month, he stood strong and fought for me, informing the Judge and the State Prosecutor, I had done everything that had been asked of me and it was time to bring my case to an end. Michael was able to negotiate a deal that included no jail time and no reinstatement of probation. I could not be happier with the outcome of this very long and drawn-out process that my attorney walked me through. If you or someone you know are looking for the best possible legal counsel, I’ll save you the trouble of researching attorneys and urge you to give the law firm of Greenspan & Greenspan a call. You will not regret it. I am beyond satisfied with the representation I received and cannot express in words the gratitude I have for Michael Greenspan and his competent staff.
