Communication can be a little lacking especially from the SSI side of business. Fortunately I have a fantastic paralegal Marisol and she is very Atentative on my other workers comp claims and she stays on top of everything and keeps me updated. Would recommend because they do argue hard in hearing to protect your rights and your needs.

I found this firm online. The woman I spoke to didn't seem to understand certain details of my situation even after I explained it several times. She suggested I come for a free appointment and looked for the office closest to me. I had the appointment for 10:30am this morning. The lawyer didn't show up. The excuse was absurd, considering how easy communication is in 2019 and nobody attempted to contact me with an unexpected conflict until I told THEM she had stood me up. I can't get those 90 minutes back. I guess the attorney didn't know the number of the front desk of the office where she works, and couldn't call anyone to ask them to let me know she wouldn't be there.
