Brian was nothing but professional from the very start. After seeing multiple lawyers, all with the same pre-canned response, Brian was the ONLY one to offer up a different solution/route. He met with both my wife and I AFTER business hours. After our meeting I felt very confident that he would be looking out for my best interest. He did not pull any punches, was straight forward what different avenues we could pursue and which ones he thinks would have the best possible outcome. Communication was not a problem at all. He was always a phone call/e-mail or text away even on vacation!! I highly suggest Brian and would continue to use him for any future problems as well as recommendations to family and friends.

Not only did Brian manage to get my ticket reduced to almost nothing, he always made himself available, throughout the entire process, to answer any and all questions in a friendly and personable manner. I haven't needed a lawyer to represent me in such a case before, but if there are more lawyers like Brian out there their profession wouldn't get the bad rap that's typically associated with them.

Brian is a very intelligent, friendly person that is always available to help you. I hired Brian after I had made the terrible decision to drive my friend home after Cinco de Mayo. I got pulled over for speeding and ended up getting arrested with a DWI. I had a BAC of .13 and was driving 79 mph on a 55. Brian was able to drop my charges to a DWAI which is not a criminal offense, and dropped my speeding ticket to a parking ticket which does not add any points to your license. Brian was not only able to reduce my charges, but he was always available to answer my questions. He never left an email unread. My case was a little more complicated because although I am a Legal Permanent Resident, I'm not an American Citizen. Brian advised me to get an immigration lawyer, but as I could not afford two lawyers for my case, he found an immigration lawyer at no cost. Brian certainly goes above and beyond to help his clients, and I am very happy I have hired him.

My experience with Mr. Berkowitz was great. He was very kind, personable and understanding. When I had to bring my 4 year old son in with me to the office for my consultation he was very understanding and kind towards him as well. As for his service he delivered exactly what he said he would. He made sure I understood what was going on step by step during the whole process and was very pleasant along the whole way.
