After speaking with a number of lawyers I was considering to have represent me regarding a ticket, I was fortunate enough to select Brian Berkowitz. Brian's professionalism, candor, and communications were amazing. The results he achieved were even better as he was able to get a very high point ticket reduced to a non-moving violation. I would highly recommend Brian.

I hired Brian to handle a moving violation ticket for my son. He was not only a pleasure to work with personality wise, but was prompt on his communication and he garnered the best possible results in court. I would hire Brian again in a second.

Brian was nothing but professional from the very start. After seeing multiple lawyers, all with the same pre-canned response, Brian was the ONLY one to offer up a different solution/route. He met with both my wife and I AFTER business hours. After our meeting I felt very confident that he would be looking out for my best interest. He did not pull any punches, was straight forward what different avenues we could pursue and which ones he thinks would have the best possible outcome. Communication was not a problem at all. He was always a phone call/e-mail or text away even on vacation!! I highly suggest Brian and would continue to use him for any future problems. After awhile it seemed just like Brian was one of the family. Extremely polite, professional, punctual, and always had a joke to brighten any mood.

Mr. Berkowitz is very responsive and professional. He provided full transparency with regular updates and completely managed my (3) moving violations (possible 12 points), including my not losing any time to make a court appearance. Brian was very professional and informative throughout the entire case. I was in a situation that could have easily led to the suspension of my license and 6 points. He was able to reduce it to a fire hydrant 15 ft parking violation. I'm walking away with a fine and no points thanks to him. Hire the man.
