Earlier this spring, unbeknownst to me, I incurred a moving violation on a New York thruway. It is my first ever violation, and I gotta say I was pretty shaken after the event. I also wasn’t sure how I should handle the plea. I contacted the offices of Brian Berkowitz for advice. Brian promptly took my call, and easily spent 20-30min answering my questions. The advice he gave me was reassuring, but what made me go ahead and hire him is his honesty and transparency. He never overpromised results, he very clearly outlined possible outcomes, and most important of all, he never pressured me to hire him. To me, that speaks of professionalism. From there on, Brian has been diligent in keeping me informed of every steps we would be taking, and consistently kept me appraised of my case status and any delays encountered. Since he’s been practicing (if I remember correctly) for over 25 years, he understands the ins-and-out of the court system that was handling my violation, which I think was immensely helpful to my case.
