Called them 6 different times for 2 weeks, was recommended by a good friend. Left messages each time. No one answers phones, and never return phone calls from VM left. How they stay in business is beyond me!

I have tried to use Jon Simonson's legal help. Unfortunately I had a very dissatisfying experience. I have initially talked to Jon on the phone after which he agreed to help me in my fairly simple matter. A matter was time sensitive so after sending few emails (some contained important documents) and waiting for a week for Jon's response (non of which ended up getting answered), I have called his office again to inquire about the status. I was quite surprised to hear Jon being seemingly annoyed on the phone by my simple inquiry. It almost felt like he did not have time for this nonsense! It felt quite strange because he was going to charge me over $300 for standard legal document which would probably take no more than half an hour of his time to prepare! I regret to admit that on top of the time wasted waiting for Jon's email response and not being welcomed as a customer, interaction with Jon left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. Definitely was not something you could call a great customer service!
