I've been dealing with an unusual divorce for about seven years and Diana has been exemplary. She is empathetic, thorough, and worked for the best possible outcome for me. I highly recommend her.

Diana and her staff took what another attorney made a mess of and restored my faith that there are good people in the legal field. Diana is the expert in divorce law and is also compassionate, fair, reasonable and cares. Yes! She cares. I wish I went to her first.. Would have saved me tons of money and unnecessary stress.

I called this firm in a very desperate, vulnerable position and tried to connect with a professional who could take a just a few minutes of their time to answer my questions and provide some guidance on what next steps I should take to deal with a legal matter. I was told someone would be calling me back the next day and unfortunately, I was blown off and never received a call back weeks later. This is not a good look for your firm and made my decision quite easy since I do not want to be represented by someone who is unreliable and unprofessional.

I recently concluded on a divorce/custody case in which Dianna Kidd represented me. I knew nothing about the divorce process or the quality of my local attorney’s. This was initially very concerning to me due to the costs associated with the divorce process and more importantly that many aspects of my future as well as my future relationship with my son were to be determined through this process. When I began to ask around I was referred to Dianna by a friend. This friend described Dianna as a very professional yet very aggressive attorney. She is absolutely both as well as very responsive, and genuinely caring. Dianna and her team communicated clearly and consistently with me throughout the entire process. Dianna was familiar with all of the details of my case and was always prepared when we went into the courtroom. This process can be emotional and scary at times. I often reached out to Dianna in a panic about developments throughout my case. Each time her confidence, knowledge and support would restore my confidence. In the end compromises were made that I was comfortable with and we settled before a trial. Most importantly I was awarded 50/50 custody of my son. I was very happy with the end results of my case and truly believe that my case wouldn’t have gone as well as it did if I hadn’t had Dianna representing me. To anyone who’s about to begin this process it can be very difficult but you will get though it, it will become a distant memory. And I would definitely recommend a consultation with Dianna as a starting point. Best of luck! Dave Vining

For the sake of those going through a divorce who are/were married to a narcissist It was my experience that Ms. Kidd was not strong enough to deal with the darkness which accompanies a female narcissist. This is my truth. Additionally my current attorney told me he would have never allowed me to sign the divorce agreement I signed while under council of Ms. Kidd.

There truly is no better lawyer! Efficient, hard working and the woman never loses! On a personal level she is absolutely amazing and has repeatedly been by my side fighting for my son and myself! I could not thank her enough!
