Jonathan and his staff were angels. They provided the right information and professionally represented me in court. Most importantly, they provided the relief that I needed at a moment when things looked confused, complicated, and a bit messy (legally). I will always be grateful for how they took care of me personally and professionally. I totally recommend them. They are the Best!!!

Got a ticket on the Taconic, and found this firm through google search. They were quick, responsive, professional, and did a thorough and great job representing me. They kept me properly informed through the entire process. I'm driving more slowly now, but if I ever have a problem again, I would use them without a doubt.

We were ticketed on the Taconic on our way north, and the town court was much too far away to contest the ticket in person. After research, we chose Jonathan Katz to represent us in town court. Jonathan's office explained the process clearly, and communicated promptly. The ticket was reduced from a 4 point unjust result to a 0 point non-moving violation (improper parking), and we paid the fine by website the same day. Excellent result.

My son was ticketed for 58 mph in a 45 mph in the small town of Olive on the way to a ski resort. The offense carried 4 points. I read the reviews of several lawyers in the area and decided that Jonathan Katz would probably do the best job. Thank goodness I did. Not only did he represent my son so he did not have to travel the 2.5 hours from NJ for the hearing, but his fee was reasonable, was local to Olive, and like many other cases that I saw in reviews, was able to eliminate points. Instead of a 4 point speeding ticket, my son was fined for a 0 point "unsafe door opening." Wonderful job. The assistant, Liz, was in constant contact. Very helpful. Very friendly. I cannot say enough good things. If you need a lawyer for this type of situation, hire this firm.

My wife is a busy doctor and it is hard for her to find the time to attend weeknight court in Upstate New York, where she received all of her tickets (we live half time in Westchester, half near Oneonta). At first we didn’t know how to proceed, since we hadn’t received a notice, but had forgotten about the first ticket. After being pulled over for a hefty speeding ticket I was worried about how fight it. Talking to a few different offices I felt most comfortable with Jonathan Katz’s. Not only were they very informative and helpful but most importantly honest throughout the whole process. When it avatully came time for the court date I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. For a ticket I was looking at a lot of points. We were shooting to get them dropped down and he acatually got them dropped completely. Of course I had to pay the court fine and fees but the points were my main concern. Would definitely recommend.
