“Lacher could have told me over the phone that provisions in a sale contract do not survive a closing unless explicitly stated. Instead this gentleman led me to believe he needed to see my documents to really make sure. $400 later I walked out with basic information and no resolution. He claimed he would ask other attorneys in his network and get back to me. Never got back to me.”
