This lawyer isn’t professional at all. My mom waited 1 year for an appointment and for them to tell her there isn’t anything to do . So much for them to promise to help .

I was the executor of an estate for my family. Much to my disappointment, I was served papers for removal of my position as executor by someone in the estate who wanted to take over my executorship responsibilities. The law firm that the person employed has dozens of lawyers and is considered to be high powered in Westchester County. The law firm is a Goliath.I needed a David. I called attorney Artem Djukic based on the recommendation of another lawyer who has forty years of experience . His enthusiastic recomendation turned out to be well founded. Mr. Djukic took my case, performed his job with clarity in his explanation of the law to a layman such as myself, and demonstrated such professional skill in and before the Court by asserting and protecting my rights and conducted himself in such an ethical and wise manner as to be both a persuasive advocate for his client in the Court while maintaining , I believe, the highest standard of honor to his profession. My rights were fully protected and I never lost one penny of my beneficial share and neither did anyone else. Which is the way it should always turn out in these situations where family is involved. If you are an executor working hard to do your best and you find yourself , to your amazement, served with papers for removal, you will do very well to call Artem Djukic. I had three lawyers for the duration of the estate. No lawyer will outwork Artem Djukic on your behalf ! I could raise my right hand to every sentence in this statement and sleep well after having done so. Thanks Artem.
