This lawyer was recommended by Mike Mulqueen loan office @ that time @ Homerica Mortgage company. This lawyer never kept us informed of any updates in regards to the house we were in contract with, we always have to call him for updates. Due to his tardiness, we lost 2 houses and $2350 on inspections, fees, etc. I will not recommend this lawyer to my worse enemy, neither the loan officer that have recommended him. We end off with no house and still had to pay him his fee.
