I've worked with multiple attorneys who have handled different matters for me and by far John has gone above and beyond in his representation. I hired him for several real estate transactions and also a Will preparation. I am beyond grateful to have done so. He is incredibly efficient, intelligent and experienced. He has the ability to maneuver through complicated real estate transactions with ease while protecting my interests and maintaining fair dealings for all. I have recommended him to my family and friends and all have said what an amazing job he has done for them. They continue to use him when an attorney is needed and they know that he will always guide them in what's best for them. I have total confidence in the job he does and continuously look to him for legal advice. I had the pleasure of having John as my attorney during the purchase of my first home. I actually started the process out with a different attorney. I found a property, got an offer accepted, reviewed and signed a contract, but when my 1st attorney lost my down-payment check, that was the end of that relationship. Stressed and without many connections to lawyers on my own, I reached out to the attorney for the seller for a recommendation on someone he’d worked with previously and I was given John’s contact information. I called John immediately and explained to him my situation. He apologized for the previous lawyer’s nonsense and even matched their price which was $200 less than what he usually charges, given that the contract was already drafted and signed. Still, he advised me that it would be best for him to review the contract before reissuing the down payment, and did so early the very next morning, adding addendums in my favor. He was attentive throughout the process and answered any and all questions I had thoroughly. I know he must’ve been working on other cases and with other clients during the 3 months he helped me but he never made me feel like what I had going on wasn’t a priority, which is big since this was my biggest purchase ever. He made himself available whenever I needed to talk, by email and phone, and always responded to messages promptly. I even emailed him after closing, after he was already paid, and still he responded quickly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a great lawyer. Today I hold the keys to my dream home and I am so grateful for John’s help. I will definitely be recommending John to all my friends and family!

It is not very hard to find good or even excellent lawyer, but try finding one who is a good person and does not see dollar signs from the outset- now that can be a challenge! Not so with John, I found him to be both an excellent lawyer and excellent person.

3-4 months ago I had an issue that involved a car accident and I trusted John with my case and I'm very glad I did. the case is still going on but I beleive it'll all work out due to John being a very capable person and I would recommend him dearly if you have an issue.

John Giacobbe was our lawyer for the purchase of a co op located at 370 Central Park Ave in Scarsdale NY. He was very helpful in all aspects of the deal. He was very organized, detail orientated and respectful when dealing with me and my wife. This was our first purchase and John made it seem seamless and was very knowledgeable and informative with us in regards to the purchase. John walked us through every piece of the contract and purchase agreement to make sure we understood it. He was very approachable and reachable 24/7 whenever me or my wife had a question or something needed to be done.
