Ian was terrific. My case was originally not taken by the first attorney I went to because it was not considered a very strong one. Ian immediately went right to work and treated my case as if it was his largest and most important. He won in less than 3 months and I was awarded exactly what he said I would be. He had very little to work with and was still able to make me whole. Extremely nice and professional, I would highly recommend him if you want to win your case.

When a new company bought my apartment complex, they attempted to raise my rent after I had signed an extension of my lease with the previous owners. I reached out to Ian to find out if this was legal. After consulting with Ian I learned that their attempt to raise my rent was unlawful. Ian was able to get in touch with the new management company right away at which point, the management immediately reversed their decision. Ian was extremely helpful and responsive.
