I have used other services before and David's firm has by far been the absolute best. Initially I spoke with Jenn and she was very professional and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. As a business owner, I feel refreshed knowing that David's firm is at the helm. We had an issue surface on Christmas Eve, and I emailed David; without expecting a response due to the holiday; but he responded back that evening, and we actually spoke the day after Christmas. 10/10 experience ! I had to undergo a call with Amazon and 30 minutes before the call David gave me a bunch of good advice and pointers to include during the call.
