I had a great experiencing deploying Lee & Miao for my first home purchase. I was coming off a poor experience with another firm on a failed purchase attempt when my realtor recommended their services. Thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, and great attitude. Also appreciated their advice and assistance with some follow-up items post close.

Chris was a fantastic attorney from start to finish. We were first time home buyers and new to everything about real estate. Chris was able put us at ease, reassure us by explaining any confusion and lastly, addressing all our concerns. As our co-op experience wasn't unique, throughout the entire process, Chris stayed on top of communication and constantly kept in contact with the seller's agent and party.
