Over a year ago, I experienced one of the most devastating days of my life. I looked down at my phone to check my Bitcoin balance and realized that my account had been hacked and I had lost over 6 figures. It took me a few days before I realized that I had been a victim of a sim swap. To the best of my knowledge, I believed that once you lost your Bitcoin it was gone forever, so naturally I felt hopeless. He was confident that he could get a a fair settlement. He talked me through the entire process and always explained any legal jargon that I was confused about. In the end, Max was able to get me the vast majority of my money back. I am forever grateful to Max and his legal team for helping me out of a situation where I had lost all hope. Without him, I am quite certain that I would not have recovered a single dime of my Bitcoin investment.
