I just closed on my first apartment purchase in a co-op building, and as a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, concerns, general anxieties... When it came to contract negotiations, he definitely worked hard on my behalf to make sure my interests were protected, despite some heavy push-backs from the other party. Max Dilendorf was instrumental in getting me back into a locked out account through Coinbase. My account had been locked out for 5+ weeks. Coinbase is a joke of a company with essentially no customer service. They locked my account after they presumed my email had been hacked. I tried to resolve the issue through their support department and received generic messages and then silence. I contacted Dilendorf legal who had some back channels to the Coinbase legal department. My account access was granted shortly after Max Dilendorf drafted a letter to Coinbase legal. It took about a week to get back into my account. I had been storing some coins on their platform. Lessons learned - do no store any coins on third party server platforms. Especially Coinbase. Second lesson learned - keep Max Dilendorf's phone number and email stored somewhere. You may need him for situations like this. His fees were reasonable and he also seemed to take the time to make my case a priority. Thank you once again Max!
