Professional, responsive, great experience

Max is one of the most professional attorneys I’ve dealt with. Responses are always quick and if he’s not available he won’t ignore you for hours. Dilendorf Law Firm provides exceptional service with excellent negotiation skills. We signed a few leases before COVID-19 where the Tenant was still in pre-construction and about to walk away from the space limiting his loss. Max was able to renegotiate some of the terms to keep all parties happy and that Tenant is now successfully operating that location. I look forward to working with Max again in the future.
