I received a letter requesting that I came down for an interview at 151 W. Broadway. On the bottom of the letter it said I can bring an attorney. Basically the allegation was that I was not entitled to benefits when I received them. I searched online and found an website dedicated to NY medicaid fraud investigations. Very informative and called and spoke to Todd Spodak. Answered all of my questions. I paid the legal fee online. Case is now over. Very pleased with the out come.

Victoria represented me in the purchase of a one family house in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. I was concerned about getting a mortgage and Victoria structured the deal so that once the mortgage contingency window closed, I had an additional 30 days to obtain a mortgage as long as my app was pending. I got the mortgage, closed on the house. Thanks for all of your help.

In the pens, one of the other guys said to use his lawyer that he will get you out quick and works real hard. I speak to Todd, hire him on the spot, he took payment with a credit card on his phone. I was out shortly after! I

Debt free! I was so scared of the 341 meeting (meeting of the creditors) so the firm arranged a mock 341 in their office and went over all of the questions with me. I felt totally prepared at the 341 and everything went smoothly. I priced out a lot of bankruptcy attorneys and although it wasn't the cheapest, I felt the most comfortable with them.
