I found myself in a pinch and discovered the Spodek Group after conducting countless hours of research. When I called and inquired regarding their services, I got to speak directly with Todd Spodek, the managing partner, and he gave it to me straight. He outlined succinctly what I could be expecting and that he personally believed we would win the outcome. Him and his team were eager to advocate on my behalf, and when you are metaphorically looking down the barrel of a gun, you need people like Todd Spodek and his team in your corner, a team that makes you feel like you will overcome the weight of the New York State prosecution coming down on you. At my bail hearing, not only did the Spodek Group assure my release (without any monitoring), but they also gave me some cash as I had to find a way back home. When you spend a day in jail, you have no phone, no money, or anything, and that gesture really made me feel like I had made the right decision. Most importantly, they assigned Alex Zhik as the lead attorney on my case. He's young, extremely personable, knows criminal law and its bureaucracy inside and out, and my impression of him makes me believe that he is more than capable of going toe-to-toe with any prosecutor the state wishes to throw at you. Long story short, the Spodek Group is a strong criminal defense law firm. They will tell you straight how it is but also make you feel like your innocence will never be in doubt! You will not regret choosing these people, they are a serious law firm with many connections and resources to exploit in pursuance and advocacy of your innocence.

Scammers! Not legit and scammed me out of time and money!

I looked up this Law Group on google and saw all the great reviews. I decided to retain them for a criminal case and was very pleased with my experience. I worked with Todd Spodek and I had access to everything they were doing on a secure website. I was able to send them messages and they responded in a timely manner. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Todd took time out to explain things that were complicated. I then retained them for a Divorce case and worked with Claire Banks. My experience was also very good and I was able to get updates on the case in a timely manner. Claire was very nice and took the time to explain things that were complicated. I would recommend the Spodek Law Group to anyone needing legal assistance. The results of the criminal case were not as favorable but I believe they did their due diligence. The divorce process took a long time but that was due to a COVID 19 backup. I believe the Law Group did all they could to move things along.
