Disappointing. Greedy lawyer not willing to help with deferred payment. No pro bono possibility. Unhelpful providing any info.

He took my money, drew up the papers, then promised a court date that never came. His response was he hadn't got a court date yet. I wrote a letter threatening to get my money back but then said he filed the papers. Then he said he needed revisions but never contacted me about them for two months. After writing a letter to the judge on the case, the clerk called me back and said he improperly filed the papers. I complained to two courts through letters and E-mail. Also this was for guardianship but he advertised on his website he is a divorce and family lawyer. He advertised he was a guardianship attorney through unbundled. I"m out five thousand two hundred.and fifty.dollars.
