A fraud. Took my money and disappeared. I am in shock. I signed the retainer and sent a fortune (to me) to get started. Stopped answering my phone calls or emails. I am dealing with Domestic Violence and my husband stealing custody. My husband has emptied my bank accounts. I borrowed this money to retain David, hoping to get my child back safely. David was completely available, presented himself as a superhero until I sent money. Then went radio silent. I read the reviews on AVVO, which seem stellar. He was initially referred to me by '@NYACSLAWYER' Michael S. Discioarro, also MIA now that I informed him that his recommendation has disappeared with my $15,000 retainer. Those of us parents in Custody battles reaching out to these predatory lawyers are in desperate situations. You would NEVER think a lawyer would prey on you like this. I reached out to Aliona Gherasimov with a speeding ticket. The ticket was expensive plus the points on my license could not happen as I depend on driving to and from work, and for the actual work itself.
