This firm has been unresponsive to us after several attempts to verify why they contacted an inmate directly raising his hopes without any evidence. For a month we tried to deliver evidence to no avail. A woman answered after we went to one location identified by Google only to find they had moved. I informed the inmate to not trust this firm. Our attorneys are now trying to identify who they are.

Steven Goldburd, and every other person I have had contact with at Goldburd McCone, has been a beacon of hope, optimism, guidance and expertise in one of the troubling situations of my life. I cannot emphasize enough my gratitude, not just for his unyielding efforts to help resolve these issues, but his good nature, encouragement, support and wisdom, and never a drop of judgement. I don't mean to overstate my admiration and appreciation: this man, (and the firm as a whole) is a beautiful force doing such good work to help others fairly turn the nightmare of stress into resolution.

I have to say Mr. Zaslavsky did not dissapoint! You knew exactly what and who you were getting with him at all times. Upfront, direct, honest and aggressive (when it called for it). He never mislead and if he said he was going to do something even something as small as a call back he did so, at any time even at 10pm at night he was always available. You get your moneys worth with David, highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!! If it wasn't for David I would never had stood a chance with my child, even after using other attorneys assistance prior to Mr. Zaslavsky he got the results that everyone else was to afraid to fight for. Worth every penny.

David represented me in my divorce case, and was instrumental in streamlining the process. During the most heated points of the final negotiations, he remained steadfast in our position and helped me devise strategies to gain leverage. When opposing counsel was waivering in their ability to follow due process and file paperwork timely, he was equally as steadfast in his position and ‘white gloved’ the process to completion. I can only speculate for the discussions that took place behind the scenes, but by the end of the case, I felt as though opposing counsel had been through the wringer, and the negotiated settlement felt equally fair and just. I would qualify my Divorce as successful, and David was instrumental in assuring this. Highly recommend retaining as counsel if you need someone who is going to get the job done and not take any excuses or lack of action lightly.

David and his team are great. I came to him at a very urgent time. He got right on the job and forced some immediate initially action. I received temporary orders in my favor and it ended up being very necessary because my case ended up dragging out for 2 years, with covid shutdown but they stuck with it and saw everything through. I appreciate his candor and seriousness towards my case. Highly recommended.

Highly unprofessional and very rude. I was belittled during our consultation and told that my experience was a "lesson learned" as well as that I probably "didn't have the money to afford his services." But in the same breath he expressed that if I ever needed his expertise in the future to reach out to him if the corporation involved wanted to sue me. Very condescending and I will never reach out to him about a case again.
