These people stole my money they don’t practice family law at all the owner which is the father told me he would help me get custody of my children when it was time for my trial they dropped me as a client that’s not the way to treat a client all they kept sending into the court room lawyers with no family law experience all they kept doing was adjoining my case they are a bunch of crooks don’t trust this firm I’m contacting the bar association to get my money back

Rosenbaum is the worst attorney and law office ever imo. The service was awful. Everyone from your office was very rude and inconsiderate. I would NOT recommend the Law Office of Rosenbaum and Rosenbaum to any person that may need any legal services for his or her case. We are so disappointed and in disbelief. More than anything we are disappointed that George Rosenbaum did not take charge of our case himself like we all thought he would. Instead his law office was an utter failure. We are very disappointed in the Rosenbaum law office for their poor performance. I do not recommend the law office of Rosenbaum and Rosenbaum to anyone.

this company is horrible - we recently formed an LLC and as per NY law, needed to publish the company - they sent us some marketing mail so they ended up being the first company I reached out to. The people that pick up their phones are some of the nastiest people I've spoken to. Not only that, they sent me the wrong form (a form to actually incorporate the company, not publish). I called and we clarified they misheard and I asked they send me the right form and the lady had such a nasty attitude that I actually had to ask if that was a problem - to take my business and my money. I would stay away from these guys - we chose a different company, USACORP is decent, STAY AWAY FROM THESE NASTY PIECES OF WORK

Bad marketing. After creating a corporation with them last year, and declining the registered agent service, they sent an email, dated April 8 from the state regarding an annual report due before May 1, on May 3rd via snail mail. Are they just trying to...? The creation of the corp earned the 4 stars, but this pathetically timed letter just makes me wonder what they are trying to accomplish.

BAD Experience. Only 4 or 5 star reviews will post for the public, so I wanted you to see this. I would give them a 2 star review. I paid for a corporate kit with overnight delivery. I ordered online AND spoke with them on the phone. The machine broke and they did not prepare my kit on time and they did not call me. I expected delivery on Friday so that I could get it to my client. They got the machine working, but did not ship the kit for delivery on Saturday, or Sunday. They scheduled it for Monday evening (my driver delivers at 530 pm.) On Monday afternoon I left the country for a month. I lost the client. I was promised a refund and never got it. Today is almost 3 months later and they claim that they are refunding my card the shipping fee only. Really? At this point, they should refund it all. I lost the client and chased the money for almost 3 months, which I still have not received. Now they are bombarding me with sales catalogs. I recommend another company. Other companies have better quality and similar prices. The paper name corporate kit insert looks cheap.
