Crooks signed up for $99 service they charged me for the max service, I called in to let them know and they said sorry and them charged me for the max service for 4 more months, I called again they said they couldn't refund or credit my account because I didn't let them know fn ridiculous and in 4 1/2 months they removed 1 item don't give your money to these thieves

So when you first sign up for the first couple of months you see all kinds of removals and changes but that dies down to barely any changes so after a couple of months of not seeing any changes to my credit I called to cancel my services I have better things to waste my money on and can you believe I was told changes to my credit wasn’t guaranteed!! Welp you have been warned don’t waste your money!

This company failed to produce for my credit any result despite the hype and their popularity. I found refuge in a credit score sage (Blitz Recovery).. turned my credit around for good.

I started may of 2022 to fix my credit score and I did the aggressive plan and after a year with Lexington law my credit score went up from 605-741 I am so excited I just have one more thing to remove from my credit. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

They are scammers. wasted money for two years.

Update: The canned response to my complaint is another example of the organization's robotic and impersonal approach to solving what sometimes are complicated issues. This is one of those reviews where you wish Google had a zero star option. Summary, they cannot fix problems and will not give money back. A total disaster. I've a good credit score and need only a couple of errors from a few years ago corrected & three hard credit inquiries that never happened removed. My requirements fell outside their system's capability. They are only structured to handle the simplest of errors in a robotic way. Ten years ago, they provided a good and nuanced service, today it is a waste of money unless you have the most elementary of credit correction needs. In addition, when I followed their instruction to do the hard credit removal myself through the mail, they gave me the wrong addresses of credit providers and I had the mail returned for wrong address. Thus after 2.5 months, nothing was fixed and my time was wasted. To make matters worse..... When I asked for a full refund since inception 3 month ago, they only gave me the most recent month.
