Horrible. I was trying to apply for my loan and a woman came on the phone saying they could help me with my credit. She asked me all kinds of questions which I gave her the address is two and then all of a sudden my credit report dropped 71 points I don’t know what the heck she did she said that I had stop old from 2003 and I don’t even know because Barclays bank is not I’ll three dollars to Barclays bank and I don’t know what they’re talking about I’ve just went through cancer for a whole year and I’m trying to get a loan and now this woman whatever she was ruined my credit rating so could somebody please help
