They are charging people for service they don’t give.Its a trap,scam to steal your money monthly with no result in the end. 3 month they did’t do nothing beside taking my money from my bank account. The government should do something about this firms.

Mr. Peltz was great with helping me with my bankruptcy. Him and his colleagues are great at what they do.

I got their service on the 22nd of April paid 104 dollars to start the process was told that I would get a monthly charge decided i didn’t want the service and was charged 79 dollars on the the 4th of may not 2 full weeks the scam for you money is real be careful people that’s all I’m saying bad business is bad business

If there was a "zero" star rating, I would chose that option. I have worked with Lexington Law Firm for about 4 months, and paid $560 for that period of time. The result is a big "ZERO". Only three negative items had been remove during this time, and those items had been removed because of my efforts, not by Lexington Law Firm's effort. However, I was clearly promised by one of their representative over the phone that I will see a great improvements on my credit score and the "majority" of my negative items will be removed with 60 days. But that was a big lie to convince me to work with them. Luckily, I had recorded the phone conversation I had with the representative and I will sue Lexington Law Firm based on their false promises. I will also report this incident to BBB! Please, please DO NOT WORK with Lexington Law Firm. Otherwise, you would WASTE your MONEY and TIME, and you would be left with a BIG HEADACHE.

I CANCELED THIS SERVICE BACK IN FEBRUARY AFTER A FEW MONTHS OF BARELY SEEING ANY CHANGES.. COME TO FIND OUT THEY’VE BEEN STILL CHARGING ME WITHOUT MY PERMISSION FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS. THEN I CALLED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR.. HE WAS NO HELP.. THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME.. & WHEN I CALLED BACK TO MAKE SURE I WOULD GET MY REFUND, HIS NOTATION STATED OTHERWISE.. SO NO REFUND FOR ME AFTER I SPECIALLY SAID I NO LONGER WANT THESE SERVICES MONTHS AGO.. BESIDES I HAD 1 NEGATIVE FOR APP $200.. IT’S POINTLESS PAYING THEM ALMOST $200 A MONTH.. I CAN JUST PAY OFF MY OWED BILL... BUT NOW I’M OUT ALMOST $400 ... & DURING A PANDEMIC AT THAT! I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NOT 1 PERSON IN THE UNIVERSE!!!!! NO COMPANY SHOULD HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO TAKE MONEY FROM A CONSUMER WITHOUT PERMISSION. IF SO CRIMINAL CHARGES & CRIMINAL LAWYERS SHOULD BE CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY! THIS IS A CRIME!! It is never easy watching your parent get old. Then the time comes when you have to care for them. Getting all the necessary documents completed was done professionally. Mr. Jeffrey Peltz was very caring and supportive throughout the process of completing my father’s health care proxy and living will which made this difficult task very easy.

I work for an attorney, each month we send clients timesheets of the work we performed on there behalf. With Lexington Law, I had to contact them to see what was going on with my case. At one point, according to my account on their website the were analyzing the response from the credit agencies, however when I asked to see documentation of the response Lexington's response was " Everything is done electronically" . , ok I get that, tell me what the response was. According to the Paralegal, the response was the credit agency did not remove the collection placed on my account in error. My question is what was there to analyze in that response. I do not recommend this company. Going forward i would not choose a company that charges a monthly fee.

I contacted Lexington Law on March 18th to inquire about their process and how effective they were in removing late student loan (Navient) payments from my credit history. I never really believed in any of these companies that claim to do more than one can do on their own. They charged me about $10 for the initial credit report (soft inquiry) and then explained to me that the monthly fee of $129 would later be charged on a specific date. As soon as I signed up for the service, they started going to work for me. They immediately started sending out letters to all 3 bureaus on my behalf. The thing that made me feel most confident in Lexington Law was, the fact that my card had declined when they initially tried to charge the monthly fee and they still proceeded to send out letters and update me on the progress. I eventually called them and paid the balanced owed, but the fact that they wasted no time to get right to it told me they were serious. Within 2 weeks, they got Transunion to remove the late payment and my score immediately shot up 49 points as shown in the pictures. A week after that, both Equifax and Experian also removed the negative remark (late payment) from my history and my score also boosted up 49/50 points. I was completely amazed on fast they work and produced results. They worked so fast, that they didn't even get to charge me for a 2nd month of service lol. Everyone might not have the same experience but this is a law firm that works on credit as oppose to a shady credit repair company. They're upfront on what they can and can't do and are honest about their pricing. A few people said they just kept getting charged for months of service without seeing any results. Removing negative remarks is a complicated task and everyone's experience is going to be different. All in all they do produce results and they took my score from good to EXCEPTIONAL. I AM NOW OVER THE 800 MARK ALL THANKS TO LEXINGTON LAW. THEY TRULY CHANGED MY LIFE, AS NOW I CAN START HOUSE SHOPPING AND FEEL EXTREMELY CONFIDENT THAT MY CREDIT WON'T BE A DETERRENT. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH, I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

During this Pandemic I was able to communicate and discuss my credit situation with staff, they are very knowledgeable and always there to help especially if you may have a late payment.

I’ve used Lexington law for 6 month, and they literally did nothing. I’ve got only 8 points up, and then I started to work on my credit by myself and in two month it increased up to 60 points. Really regret spending my money on credit repair company.
