All of the one one star reviews are liars and did not fully understand anything that was discussed with them by the paralegal at Lexington Law. I had them and they have helped remove things from my credit report. It all depends on the service you get. If you are cheap, and don't want to pay for supreme service then you won't get supreme help. I started with them a month ago, and already have one negative remark removed off my report which I tried doing myself and it didn't go well for me! So stop the lies and pay the money your credit is not a joke!

This company is a SCAM. They never answered any of my questions, and never made anything clear. When I first signed up, they mentioned my case would be simple because I only had one late payment to remove. They mentioned it would take 3-4 months. It has been ONE YEAR of monthly payments and I still have no progress, and no clear answers. Stay away from this rip off.

I highly recommend you don’t work with these lawyers. They promised me to fix my credit in 2-4 weeks and they offered an initial price. It turns out that they have been charging me every month without my consent and instead of 2-4 weeks they took 4 months. I am here to warn the public and something that’s very inconsiderate of these people especially in hard times like these with COVID around.

Horrible service I was charged 129$ for no reason. The first representative told me I only had to pay $14 to get my account started and review it, and that I had two weeks to cancel my account which was definitely not truth. Apparently you only have 5 days, something the guy never mentioned. They just want your money. Don’t fall for all the nice things they say.

Avoid this business at all costs! They had some good reviews, so I thought I would give them a try. In the first month they were great! Removed 3 negative items from one report. Then, month after month went by and they kept telling me they were sending forms. After about 3 months, they told me that I needed to sign some documents and email them to them. They did not tell me this until I called them! I sign and email the documents, another month goes by. Nothing. I call again and they said they couldn't find the email. Okay, so they now send the documents again, on my behalf. Not sure why they didn't do that the last time. Another month goes by and they send an email saying they are filling a nothing dispute. Mind you it was the same 3 items that got removed from another report the very first month. It's as if they intentionally delayed the process to get as much money out of me as they could. 3 items gone in less than 30 days and the same three items on another report have been there for almost 6 months. Way to scam someone during a global pandemic. BBB gives them 2.4 stars. Beware!

They rob you when you need help the most. Scam, scam, scam. I spent over $600 for them to do absolutely nothing...

Run! This company didn't provide any repair and it also refused to provide any advice. The good reviews are most likely from the firm's employees.

Rip off completely, I promise you all they do is take your money and do no actual work... embarrassingly it took 4 years to learn my lesson..
