I can say that they did help to clear my report. My student loans are.the.only things on there which I have to take care of but overall it was ok. Only complaint was was when I canceled my subscription they still took money from my account and then took a late fee off the other card.

If I could give zero stars I would. I spent over minutes on the phone with a representative going over their rues and regulations. I asked can I cancel at any time. The answer was YES. How am still being charged a entire month's fee? Do yourselves a favor and don't bother. Banks will deny you regardless because these types of services come up when you are trying to get a loan. This is what I learned the hard way. They will not tell you that, which is why I canceled my account, yet still being charged. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Awesome and Very professional company

This company has a third party sales rep call customers and convince them they have bad credit even if you have nothing on your credit report they will use their sales reps to convince you to spend $4.95 on credit repair then charge you over $200 dollars for a service you never authorized and when you dispute it they transfer you to their highly trained paralegals who manipulates you and are trained to tell you what they want you to believe. If you fall victim to this scam report them to Better Business Bureau and Consumer affairs. They are charging people for services they do not provide. When I asked what they charged me $200 for even though I didn’t authorize it they transferred me to their attorney who then canceled my unauthorized membership after charging me for a service they never provided.

Please don't waste your money. They send out only a few disputes a month but never do any kind of follow-up. They charge more money then it is even worth. I think using another reputable service is the way to go. I wanted to give them 0 stars. 4 months and only 6 disputes and no follow-up. Useless and will not receive any more money from me. Told them to stop working on my case.

Well I had about 14 items that needed to be taken off. Lexington law removed about 10 real quick within the first 3 months. the last 4 I was told they will resubmit the challenges on another approach and it was never put in I felt they was taking my money until I cancelled. Knowing they wasn’t able to remove it. Note if u don’t follow up on the regular they will just take your money. My girl friend paid for 7 months and nothing was taken off and she had student loan late payments.

I purchased lexington immediately after a family member recommended them to boost my credit. Biggest mistake I've made in a long time. They did no work, and I was charged 10 days before my scheduled payment, only to be informed that I had two more 129 dollar payments scheduled within ten days of the first payment. When I attempted to cancel them for their looming triple charge, I was told that they wouldn't refund the money because it was charged five days earlier, even though it was charged ONE day before, and the paralegal immediately admitted that once I became upset. 4 out of 5 days later no refund. Horrible. Don't give them your card info contacting the better business bureau!
