TOTAL SCAM/ RIP OFF Called in January 2020 regarding removing my one and only late payment, the representative indicated being only one late payment it will be removed between 30-60 days if I sign up for a better package $89.95. Till this day 10/22/2020 they have miserably failed to remove or even make progress on removing it. TOTAL SCAM/ RIP OFF

Don't waste your money,they will not help you...More then 4 years and they didn't do anything...

I wish I could give zero stars! This is totally useless and a waste of money! I paid 3 months, first month $64.95 then the following 2 months payments of $129.95 and what difference did I see on my credit?! None! Also, when I called to cancel the representative was very rude as opposed to when I called them to start with them back in august, at that time everybody was so nice and friendly because they wanted money but once they have it and you realize it’s not doing anything to improve your credit then they get all upset because you want to cancel this useless service. You’re better of just using Credit Karma and following those recommendations for free. Do not pay this company, they won’t deliver what they promise!

Do not waste your money with company. They will bill you every month and will do nothing . Their rep name Blanca Rodriguez is ignorant and not professional. Buy beware.
