The wait time to speak to someone is over 45 mins, no matter what time you call.
Additionally, I’ve used them for over 6 months and not 1 item was removed from my credit profile. I wasted my time and money. To cancel you have to call, which takes another 20 minutes to get done. Yet it took about 15 mins to sign up. This company is scamming people. I would try another company, perhaps a smaller company that is actually invested in the individual client and respects your time. 45 mins to get answers/speak to a representative is unacceptable.

With a little patience 75 % of the blemishes were removed and my credit report continues to improve . Most excellent !
