BEWARE. Jonathan Simms is a corrupt and crooked criminal himself and reading these negative reviews confirms that so is his partner Eric. Ineffective assistance of council to say the least. The accuracy of the negative reviews here is high, I have experienced this "law firm" first hand. If you want to prevent prison, do yourself a favor and get a shot with anyone else.

I found Oksana through a recommendation by the Russian consulate in New York. I’m limitlessly grateful for it. My husband is suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. His children abused his condition and stole from him. I was determined to make them return the money. When I met Oksana my case was already closed due to negligence and incompetence of other attorneys, each blaming the prior one for their failures. In court, Oksana was bold and presented the case in a way that the judge had no doubts as to the merits of our position. Oksana has a beautiful mind and clear, structured thinking.
