I contacted Pazer, Epstein, Jaffe & Fein PC via their consult email on or around 12/21/21, on 12/27/21 at 1:22pm I received a call from Eugene (he had a very quick, dismissive, uninterested demeanor, maybe he was having an off day) who asked a few questions, told me to obtain my medical records and forward them to him. His lack of interest was off putting. Fast forward to 3/2023 I received the firms name from an associate, his family used them and he spoke highly of Mr. Jaffe and encouraged me to contact the firm again and deal with Mr. Jaffe, on 3/20/23 I left a message for Mr. Jaffe, on 4/4/24 I was in the area and left a summary of my situation for him to view and see if the case was of interest, on 4/26/23 I called and spoke to Mr. Fein as Mr. Jaffe was in Europe for the week, Mr. Fein stated he would retrieve the summary and discuss it with Mr. Jaffe upon his return; I called again on 5/3/23 and was told by Jasmine (nice front desk lady who remembered me dropping off the summary in April) that Mr. Fein was jumping on a court conference with Zoom and would discuss my case with Mr. Jaffe once he came into the office and I would receive a call later that day. To date 6/6/23 I have not heard from anyone. I'm an extremely patient person, I know how busy things are/can be, however there is also a time frame in which things should be done. I pride myself on old-fashion professionalism where communication was key to the business, i.e. returning calls/letters/emails, getting answers to questions in a timely manner, not this new millennium oblivious, microwave/revolving door, no heart, no core, no connection way of business that most businesses have conformed to, it's shallow and empty. Thank you Jasmine on your professionalism, I applaud you; as the front line person you deal with a LOT of people on a daily bases and you take time to remember who each person is (you demonstrated that to me by remembering my name and associating that I dropped off a summary a month ago), that shows great value to clients/potential clients that you're invested in them be it short or long term; it matters and makes a huge difference. My stars rating is based on initial communication in 2021 and lack of communication in 2023. 6/14/23 Update: I received phone calls and an email from the firm on 6/6/23 apologizing for the communication breakdown.
