Eugene Gozenput has been my lawyer for the past 5 years. Since day 1 when I came into the office hurt and in pain with crutches and a leg brace, he’s been by my side. I can honestly say his uplifting words and support through the years is what helped me through my dark times. He killed it when my case went to trial and we WON! Alberto Ebanks is an amazing attorney who if not the best certainly is in the top 5 best attorneys in NYS. Mr. Ebanks exceeded my expectations going above and beyond to handle my case. Modern day Johnnie Cochran. After terminating my previous attorney, I reached out to Mr. Ebanks through a referral from a friend. Within just 2 days of me retaining his services he was able to reach a resolution with the prosecutor. It hasn’t even been a full 2 weeks and he managed to have my case dismissed of all charges. Anytime I had a question or concern I could call him or text him and got an immediate response. He called me frequently and kept me updated and informed on my case. My previous attorney was very lazy, overly white privileged and full of expletive. Making comments suggesting that the all accused claim to be innocent, when I was in fact innocent. I have no idea how Mr. Ebanks was able to make progress but she couldn’t. All she kept saying was my case is adjourned because of COVID. Well Mr. Ebanks managed to get the job done and did far more work in 2 days than she did in the 4 months she had my case. I highly recommend Mr. Ebanks for all criminal matters.
