Over the decades, I have retained many attorneys in all parts of the country for various civil matters. So I can state unequivocally from experience that Ms. Kennedy is unparalleled for several reasons. Firstly, her commitment to her clients rather than billing time. Ms. Kennedy's philosophy about billing is rare if not a total exception to the traditional methods. Secondly, and perhaps most importantly, she has the capacity to say she does not know and then very quickly do the research and come back with the facts--a rarity among not just attorneys, but many professionals. Thirdly, I always felt she was completely attentive; I always hear her taking notes. So I never felt she was in a rush. Frankly, I was skeptical of the recommendation I was given about her because it contradicted almost all of my experiences with other attorneys; it had to be an exaggeration. However, after benefiting from Ms. Kennedy's expertise, research, and very successful and thoughtful strategy, I know the recommendation was understated. I cannot recommend Ms. Kennedy more highly.
