I went to spar & Bernstein to see if they could review my brothers migration Case they charge me $1,000 and that was On November 5th 2016 its now September 19th 2017 no work has been done and they are giving me trouble to get Back my refund in the end DONOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!!!

I had a big problem with IRS and New York state, I owe almost $20,000 for both. The state sent warrant and put Lien on my credit report. I heard about Spar Benstine on the radio and made appointment to see them. I saw Carmela Walrond ESQ.and she took up my case filed for offer in compromise in December, the offer was accepted and I only paid $100 for federal and $100 for the state. Now I'm debt free! The warrant released, Lien removed. There was no hidden fees, nothing out of the ordinary. Honesty all the way. They also have flexibility of payment. If there is anything more than Five stars I would definitely give it to them.

Just a bunch of scammers that's all. People don't be fooled by their fancy commercials because they want $100 just to talk for 5 minutes and while I was speaking with the "So called attorney" she had to use Google to answer my questions when all I wanted was just some professional help.

If you are looking for Compassionate, honest and diligent Legal representation this is the place to go. Do not waste your money anywhere else!

Wednesday, September 13, 2017 My wife and I, at first tried to secure her Immigration process on our own. Our efforts to do so did not work out well for us. The first Immigration Officer we met with was very cold, unpleasant, and almost hostile. That Officer did absolutely nothing to assist us. Then, threatening letters from USCIS started arriving for us in the mail. We now knew we needed a Lawyer, but had no idea where to go. After consulting with a law firm in Queens N.Y., that we did not feel good about, my wife told me she saw a commercial on television for a firm named Spar & Bernstein. She asked me if she could call them. I said to her "What have we got to lose? " I am now thanking God she saw that commercial! Before long, we were able to obtain her Green Card. And, with the help of the really GREAT Lawyers working for Mr. Bernstein, we also had a very successful day in Immigration Court, before a Judge who heard our case. My wife and I were not alone in Court. A Spar & Bernstein Lawyer named Nita was there defending us from the beginning of the proceedings, until it ended. And now, after about 4 years of Spar & Bernstein's protection, my Wife has passed her Citizenship Interview, and will soon be sworn as a newly accepted American Citizen! It really does feel like a miracle!!! I am now absolutely convinced that anyone who doesn't bring their legal matters to the law firm of Spar & Bernstein is probably making a very big mistake.

So I have been dealing with them for about 2 years and have been jumped around from attorney to attorney. Yet nothing has been resolved, I have tried to get an appointment with Owners and have been given the run around. They are quick to demand my money thou and charge interest if I refuse to pay. But what am I actually paying for, ignored phone calls. I mean could have got that for free rather than spending almost 4k. So much for great immigration lawyers, perhaps they were when they started but honestly I am not impressed

This law firm is horrible. Incompetent lawyers with no responsibility of their actions. Don't go here if you need your case resolved.

Before my mother was decease they work on a case for her and they fight always I love them for that never forget this Law Firm.God all of you
