Оставить отзыв об Андрее Плаксине попросила моя тетя – она не очень дружит с интернетом, хотя и нашла Андрея через Google. Ей была необходима помощь по визе няни. Андрей сразу разъяснил ключевые моменты подготовки к делу. В частности, он подчеркнул, что нужно честно говорить, что тетя едет в США для работы в качестве няни, причем к конкретному человеку и на заранее известный срок. Андрей Плаксин акцентировал внимание на том, что лгать нельзя, это заведомо лишает шансов на успешное получение визы. Также было важно указать, что у нее есть свое жилье в России + факторы, ввиду которых она вернется обратно. В качестве факторов моей тете хватило двухкомнатной квартиры в ближнем Подмосковье и двух несовершеннолетних детей. В общем, она уже в США, очень рада – ее гонорара за полгода работы в Америке хватит на то, чтобы жить в России несколько лет.

U hire him thinking he will save you because he does CHARGE a lot of money but then in the end he just screws you over and doesn’t even fight for you. Eric went to court six times and gave up. He scared my family into taking the deal and we fell for it because we don’t have any family in the states and we don’t know the law. When the free lawyer is still fighting and showing results . Eric couldn’t even reduce bail such a shame that I put my brothers life into his hands. I will forever regret this. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME.

DO NOT DO THIS TO UR SELF. ERIC Siegel works for the cops he judges his clients and makes dicions that HE thinks are fair with the DEA. He isn't a lawyer that cares about his clients I PROMISE U . I hired him and it was the worst choice I've ever done. It took so much money and literally didn't do ANYTHING, something a free lawyer would of done.
