I was worried and ashamed even to check out a bankruptcy process. Jeffrey B. Peltz, P.C. was very understanding and informative. I felt comfortable just talking to him; what I appreciate most about him is his honesty. Secondly, the staff at Mr. Peltz firm is wonderful; they are very friendly, and helpful, and most important for me they were accessible. Filing the bankruptcy was a decision I thought I would never have to make; however, I am happy I chose to do it with them.

Used Mr. Peltz for 2 separate issues that I had and cant say enough. He's great, very detailed and is up front with you, great personnel to work with. Would use him again in the future and I definitely recommend him

Unable to post a 2nd review,so I'll update the original post: Update -06-09-13.........Several weeks ago,I received a discharge order from the Bankruptcy court.The court granted me a full discharge of all my debts-which were all credit card debts.I truly cannot describe the feeling I experienced.Since I was having trouble paying the debts for about 10 years-it feels like I was released from a 10-year prison sentence.A prison I created myself.Jeffrey Peltz gave me the best birthday present I ever received-a debt free future.I would once again,like to thank Jeff,Venky,Mohammed,and Kathy(who is no longer there),as well as all other staff.You all helped me navigate through the bankruptcy system.Thank you all and especially Jeff from the bottom of my heart.A warning to those who have been discharged-don't abuse your fresh start.I follow a lot of newsgroups on bankruptcy.Everyone asks how soon they can get credit again.Instead,try to learn to live without credit,and remember how you got in the predicament you're in.Thanks again,Jeff.I will highly recommend your services,and use your firm for future legal needs............. *******UPDATE******* 09-26-2019 Well,I'm happy to report,that the past 6 years since receiving a discharge in my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case,have been debt-free,and I believe I am now headed in the right direction.I credit this success to the expert handling of my case.by Jeffrey B.Peltz,P.C.law firm,Attorney.Peltz and his staff always responded to my questions and inquiries with patience and always treated me well as a client.
