Sorry, I was not lucky. Mr Leavitt was referred by another attorney. I am writing after several months passed since my initial consultation. I believe he is knowledgeable in past tenants law. 2019-2024 generated a lot of owners post-HSTPA fraud schemes. Now the “ Burrowers”( cases after first class action )the cases with fraud 421a tax abatement, are more and more filed in courts . What attorney did not know, he could to research. Instead, he told to grossly overcharged tenant “HCR should close your case, if I would be there I would close case”. But case nevertheless was granted, tenant maintained and won his case despite discouraging consultation with Attorney. Consultation was paid on modest price scale of Attorney(a positive moment) and resulted zero help, the outdated knowledge that could result eviction of tenant, discouraging and bitterness of tenant. Mr Leavitt is a nice Attorney for many other cases, but I would not contact again.

Both husband and wife are money hungry who trap clients for more money. Changing dates Willy Nelly faulting the judge. It’s this lawyers who target helpless people who have no choice I encourage all people to be very ware of this people STAY A WAY FROM THEM!!! There are better lawyers out there
