WeissLaw represented me in a class action against a public company in which I was a shareholder when they decided to sell themselves on the cheap. After more than 3 years of litigation WeissLaw negotiated a great settlement and the court personally awarded me a large incentive award. Their attorneys (including Rich Acocelli and Josh Rubin) kept me apprised of the progress of the case and were always responsive and conscientious, making themselves available whenever I had questions or concerns. Be careful with this guy he’s a Fraud, He makes promises he can’t keep, He’ll take your money with no improvements in your case. When things start getting tough he’ll give you false hope, he won’t return calls or emails. SOMEONE TAKE HIS LICENSE PLEASE

Not only did The Law Office of Benjamin Goldman litigate vigorously on my behalf, they made the process painless and fought for a very favorable settlement. If you have any traffic/speeding issue whatsoever and you do not retain Benjamin Goldman, you are doing yourself a great disservice.

Extremely shady and seemingly extortionate. They seem to attempt to round up shareholders during mergers/acquisitions looking for reasons to file a suit to shake down the companies involved.

Having worked in real estate for years, Phyllis and her team are AMAZING. you should ALWAYS hire a RE attorney when buying in NYC - never use a regular, jack of all trades attorney.
