Made a free 3PM consultation appointment that was sent to voicemail due to another unrecognized number dialing in at the same time. By 3:04, after hearing the message left from the firm, I promptly called speaking to someone who sent my request on, and emailed the man who originally scheduled the intake. Days later, not a word. Writing the review for those looking for a law firm that doesn't treat you like another number, clearly they moved in to the next caller, regardless of preparing notes, and blocking off the later afternoon. It's an amateur mistake that dissuades any confidence despite the other reviews

The team at the Office of Alexander Paykin did an excellent job of handling a foreclosure on a private loan we had made. They made the right choices along the way so that in the end we were able to recover our costs as well as full payment on the loan and interest.
