Luna had an office in Queens where she consulted for my brother and family. She not only overcharged my poor brother, she knowingly had my brother do the necessary filing and organization of the the files, and all she had to do was “comment, ask for payment, and send the file to USCIS”. My brother’s application ended up with a request for information. And then Luna was gone. Not only she was unprofessional, she won’t help if it’s not convenient for her.
