Hook and bait. Overpriced. Charges for everything single second, even for bathroom breaks. The lawyer is old as stone and slow. He coughs dust. Forgets things and should have retired 6 years ago. He’s not flexible with dates since he has early bedtimes and naps. Save yourself time and money. Go find yourself a younger lawyer with more stamina.

I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!

Elliot is a very passive attorney, unwilling to represent his client (me), who would regularly raise his voice at me for asking reasonable questions, habitually aggressively interrupting speech, talking over, ignoring requests of updating about status of case for months, allow detrimental lies to remain unchallenged in court, very forgetful and senile to the point of absurdity. Habitually puts client's interests last. During conferences and hearings he usually sits quietly and reliably fails to speak up, even when it is his time to speak in defense of his client. Whenever he speaks, he starts to focus on irrelevant little things instead of the big and important thing or two that he was asked to talk about. Every time he gets a chance to, so sad. He does that reliably time after time and ignores specific requests to mention certain very important things, even when they are written down for him to reference. Says that he filed motions when he has not, then does it again and never apologizes for months of wasted time. It often seems that his incompetence is so brazen as if he has been paid to sabotage his client's interests by the opposing party. Provides detrimental advice that would have gotten me in trouble with the law, on two occasions, were I to follow it. There is just a long laundry list of misdeeds that are so distressful for me to recall. My interaction with him has been traumatizing to say the least.

Jeff is truly one of the most caring and professional attorney I have ever met. He always makes himself available and makes you feel so comfortable. Jeff always provides great guidance and advice and is extremely knowledgeable.

I received a recommendation to Jewell law from a close family friend who is also in practice early in 2016. During our first phone conversation and consultation I knew this was the team I wanted to be with. Ken was extremely sensitive to my concerns, desire for a positive outcome and also realistic about my particular situation. Ken and his amazing staff guided me through tumultuous times, with many ups and downs. We were able to come out with a very favorable outcome. As life progressed a new series of events transpired where I needed Jewell Laws’ services. Ken was quick to get right on my case and relieve my worries once again. He and I just completed a very difficult case together that lasted six months. All the while he made me feel as though I was his number one priority. Not once was I was unable to speak with him directly when I needed him. And once again both in person and in court he was absolutely top notch. He has a fantastic office and legal staff that worked with me hand in hand along the way and I am so grateful for all of their hard work. Ken and I still carry on conversations to this date, albeit much less serious, but our bond continues. My advice, if you want your family matters, whatever they may be, solved in a caring environment, by a strong legal team, this is the office to go to first. Very happy with his work.

Ken is an amazing attorney to work with! He was monumental in settling the custody battle of my child with my ex. Without Ken’s expertise in mediation I don’t believe an child care agreement would ever had been agreed upon. He’s extremely patient, truthful and realistic about what to expect and great communicator!

Mr. Jewell is a criminal. He took a $25k retainer, met with me no more than 3 times, refused to show up in court and quit less than 24 hours prior to hearing. He returned less than half the retainer. Don't even think about hiring this charlatan. He can't sue me because this is true. Reply: I am sure this felonious excuse for an attorney would like me to forget the $12,500+ he stole from me. As he hasn't, I will continue to warn would be clients that his 5-star ratings are obvious fakes. Pay me my money back Ken. Update: 10 years after filing for divorce it now appears Jewell's Criminal behavior is costing me north of half a million dollars. DO NOT HIRE THIS SMOOTH TALKING CHARLETON. HE HAS NEVER ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE ANYTHING.
