I hired Weiss & Associates to fight a speeding ticket I got last year. They explained the situation to me clearly, made sure I understood, my chances and their approach. I asked them to update me via email and they always were prompt in letting me know the status of my case. In the end, I got an email saying the case has been dismissed and I will have no points or fines. It was a quiet, and efficient dealing of the matter. I would highly recommend them if you have a traffic violation ticket.

Last year I got pulled over by police on the highway while i was driving my sister that was unable to breathe well to the hospital. police didnt care about how my sister was, only care about how was i went. they gave me 3 different ticket, one for insurance which they never asked for it, 2nd for speeding, and 3rd for no signal. Weiss and associates took care of that for me and got all the charges dismiss. thankyou!!

Everyone at Weiss & Associate was amazing to deal with. They took care of everything and kept me very well informed with what was going on. First, I would like to say the the customer service is impeccable. The staff was great with communicating with me as well as answering my questions in a timely manner. I had two tickets pending at the time, one for a cellphone violation and one for a tints violation. I was extremely nervous about losing my license because I already had points on my license. To my great surprise and satisfaction the attorney that represented my case at Weiss & Associates was able to retrieve a not guilt verdict on the cellphone violation. I am extremely satisfied with my results and I will continue to refer Weiss & Associates to friends, colleagues and family!

Let me start my review with the following: In July 2012, I was driving into New York City from Long Island. I was at the toll booth for the Midtown - 4 cars from the booth - dead stop traffic. I picked up my iphone to shut off the GPS App (waze). As soon as I picked it up, a Port authority police office walked over to my car and asked me to pull over. He said he was summoning me for the use of a device without hands free. I showed him I was not on the phone or text in any way, and he agreed, but said the law was that I could not even touch it for GPS etc...I was infuriated - and I truly felt as if I was in the right, I have no other tickets and an active hands free in the car. I wanted to fight this ticket.... I plead not guilty. After receiving my initial court date, I happened to google traffic attorneys. I came across Weiss and Associates. I called and reached an assistant. She listened to my story and basically explained that if I go to court on that premise, I will lose. I am a true believer that this is a "system" and I was trying to fight it. So I decided to hire Weiss and Associates to handle this for me. I was not sure if they could get it dismissed or not, but I was sure that they understand that system far better than me and they had a better shot. Throughout the 22 months the plea was active, I received email updates as to the progress and was offered to be present at any time. however, I enjoyed the fact that I did not have to be present for anything. This past week, I received a notification from Weiss and Associates and was thrilled to learn that my ticket was dismissed. I am NOT writing this positive review because the ticket was dismissed. I would write the same, exact review, if things turned out poorly because I felt they were handling the whole thing very, very well. In the end, I am very grateful for the legal service they offered and more than satisfied for the value I received vs. the cost of the service.

Great and reliable law firm! They work efficiently and they really care about their clients. The whole process consisted of nothing but positivity and it gave me hope that I could actually beat a ticket that I thought would affect my record. My ticket was defeated and I could not have been happier! I just want to say thank you and I would highly recommend this firm to everyone!

I certainly can't complain — their attorney went to court for me and came back with a "not guilty" verdict. Other than that, they communicated quite well about the court dates, and the changed and rescheduled court dates (of which there were many). I didn't go to the trial, so I don't know exactly what happened. They say the police officer was present, and they still got a "not guilty" ruling, so it wasn't a simple default win for me. The court date changed many times, it didn't reach trial for over two years. I'm sure no one can guarantee a positive outcome every time, but this firm seems to genuinely do its best to work for its clients. The price wasn't too bad either.

Weiss & Associates is the best! I was ticketed for 81 in a 45. They got it completely dismissed! Since this was an 8 point violation I would have lost my license, then had to go to driving school to get reinstated. and would have had to pay a ton of money to get my license reinstated. I was just going to pay it but a friend strongly recommended an attorney. I am so glad I listened. HIGHLY recommended.
